Was established in 1997 by Dr Vu Thi Tu Hang, with scale 100 beds for internal treatments. The hospital specialized examination and treatment of goiter and basedow tumor. 

Rencently, the hospital have been 150 staffs with 54 doctors are working here for general treatment:

- Internal medicine 
- Inpadient department 
- Labour ward 
- Laboratory 
- Odontolory 
- Ophthalmology
